Little Marland Barn is a dog friendly holiday cottage.
Idyllically situated on a working farm, this wonderful barn is bursting with countryside charm, and surrounded by relaxing landscapes. It’s the perfect getaway for families and friends who want to spend quality time together, with lovely walks from your doorstep and a hot tub for relaxing evenings. Although this property is great for outdoor enthusiasts with the Devon countryside as the perfect setting for hikes and bike rides, there is a wide variety for kids and adults alike, with the coast nearby as well as a selection of great family attractions. This barn is beautifully furnished to appreciate its original features, such as exposed walls and beams, high ceilings and huge windows to let the light stream in. The kitchen is perfectly equipped with all your cooking essentials, as well as a breakfast bar for lazy breakfasts. With enough seating for 12 people, the dining area is great for large groups to enjoy a meal together. As the evening draws in, settle down by the wood burner in the spacious lounge, with a film on the Smart TV. Also, on the ground floor you can find a convenient utility room, as well as three beautifully appointed bedrooms accessed via two steps. Overlooking the lounge with a mezzanine is a lovely bedroom, and up this set of stairs you can also find the further two bedrooms and plenty of bathroom space. Outside is a fantastic games barn and a private hot tub, offering plenty of family entertainment. There is also a lawn and gravel area, which has garden furniture perfect for an afternoon BBQ relaxing in the sun. If you can tear yourself away from the pretty walks at your doorstep, explore all that North Devon has to offer. Just 6 miles away is the pretty market town of Great Torrington, with lovely shops and cafes, or the quaint village of Clovelly with its cobbled streets. Head to the coast for a seaside day trip, such as Westward Ho! or Peppercombe. Other great attractions include RHS Rosemoor, while little kids will love The Milky Way and The Big Sheep.
