Enjoying an open-plan layout with a door opening out into the generous garden, you’ll have plenty of space to gather together both inside and out. For a day out at the beach, Aberporth Beach is just 2 miles away with rock pools at low tide and beautiful clear waters for paddling in the summer. At the heart of the home is the living room/kitchen/diner which is filled with natural light thanks to the dual-aspect windows. And offers direct access to the garden. Two sumptuous sofas invite you to kick back and relax in front of the TV, with a footstool for added comfort. Behind the sofas is the dining table seating for four which is not only ideal for mealtimes but also family games nights. The kitchen has a neutral colour palette with all of the equipment you’ll need to cook up a storm, as well as plenty of storage for snacks and treats. Upstairs are two large bedrooms, one with a king-size bed and the other twin beds making this a fantastic option for those travelling with children. Outside you’ll find a pretty patio area with a table and chairs as well as a BBQ. For an invigorating walk, make for the Ceredigion Coast Path, accessible from Aberporth (2 miles) with routes to Cardigan and Tresaith offering varied terrains and awe-inspiring views. Pay a visit to the seaside town of New Quay for an enjoyable experience for all ages. Here you can hop aboard dolphin and wildlife-watching trips, stroll the picturesque streets and relax on the golden sands.
