From the hall, there is access to the family bathroom, as well as the inviting, beamed lounge, which is down a few stairs. Light the wood burner in here on chilly evenings, then listen to music through the Bluetooth speaker or play a game together. You could even choose a film to watch the Smart TV. Find the well-equipped kitchen/diner has a farmhouse feel and plenty of space to prepare and enjoy hearty meals. On warm afternoons, open the French doors in here to let in a cool breeze. Follow the kitchen stairs up to a king-size bedroom, with en-suite shower room. Two more flights of stairs from the hall lead up to a double room and a king-size room. Both king-size rooms at the cottage have pull-out single beds. Spill out into the shared garden with its glorious backdrops on sunny days to watch the children and dogs play on the grass. Please note the shared garden contains two ponds and the owners outdoor swimming pool, all with deep water, please take care with children and animals. Parking for four cars at the cottage. Plan trips into Bakewell, the largest town in the Peak District National Park. Browse in the shops; try the famous pudding in a cafe and spend time at the market.
