Walk the short distance into the centre of town or jump in your car to drive to Paignton, a little further away (5.5 miles). You can also travel across the bay to Torquay (8 miles) by car or by boat. Before you enter the property, take in the perfectly manicured front garden with a lawn and patio, entirely enclosed by fences and hedges to offer pets and children somewhere safe to play. Let yourself in and explore the interiors, all laid out on a single storey. The open-plan living space is the house’s central hub, with a lounge, kitchen and diner providing ample comfy space to get lost in conversation or stuck into a board game together.
