For keen walkers the area provides an abundance of coastal and Lincolnshire Wold walks to be explored on two feet or two wheels. The seaside town of Mablethorpe provides an array of shops, cafes, amusements and pubs to enjoy. This is the perfect base for discovering the Lincolnshire coastline alongside other coastal towns such as Skegness, Chapel St Lenoards and Sutton On Sea, with attractions including Natureland Seal Sanctuary and Fantasy Island. Slightly further away is the beautiful city of Lincoln with its castle, cathedral and bespoke shops. Step into the beautiful open plan kitchen/diner with patio doors overlooking the fields and letting the light flood in. The kitchen area offers everything you need to rustle up a good meal such as an electric oven and hob, fridge/freezer, microwave, dishwasher and washing machine, then gather round the farmhouse dining table and enjoy a family meal. After dinner relax in the lounge watch your favourite film on the Smart TV. For those wanting to enjoy the countryside views whatever the weather, find a quiet spot in the conservatory and lose yourself in a good book, French doors leading to the garden. There is a double bedroom situated on the ground floor with a wet room shower and WC. Heading upstairs to the first floor you will find two further bedrooms both with TVs, a twin bedroom and a king size with en suite shower room. There is a family bathroom with shower over bath and WC can also be found on this floor. Outside relax on the patio surrounded by enclosed lawn which offers garden furniture and a BBQ, perfect for relaxing during those balmy summer nights. There is ample off road parking.
