This apartment enjoys an enviable position along The Strand in Saundersfoot. Enjoy a day on the sand before heading back to this beachfront apartment as Saundersfoot's vast, golden beach is quite literally on your doorstep. The village is a hive of activity, popular with locals and tourists alike, with many bars, restaurants, and independent shops to choose from plus some of the best seafood in Pembrokeshire. The Pembrokeshire Coast Path is easy to access from here with walks towards Wiseman's Bridge and Tenby being the most popular. If walking is not your thing, Tenby can be reached by car in just 3.5 miles if you feel like a change of scene. Renovated in 2022, you will enter this apartment from the front, and are welcomed into a well proportioned hallway with plenty of space to store your boots and coats plus an additional chest of drawers to store belongings. Down the corridor, you will find your open plan lounge/kitchen/diner benefiting from wall to wall views of the seafront. The lounge has a comfortable two seater sofa plus an additional armchair provided. The wall mounted Smart TV can be pulled out to a comfortable position for curling up in front of your favourite programmes after a day at the beach. The contemporary kitchen area has been equipped with an electric oven and hob, microwave, under counter fridge with freezer compartment and dishwasher. A good selection of cooking utensils and crockery has been provided so you can enjoy preparing and eating meals within the apartment. The dining table has been positioned near the windows to make the most of the fantastic sea views enjoy a meal or a glass of wine and watch the sun go down over the bay. The bedroom is found towards the front of the property and benefits from a double bed and a built in wardrobe offering ample space for clothes and belongings. The shower room is found down the hall with a freestanding shower, sink, and WC perfect for cleaning up after a day on the sand. Externally, the apartment benefits from a small, unenclosed patio area with a bistro set for two. There is a small, communal lawn area directly in front of the patio and a gate offering direct access to the beach via some steps. Please note, the gate is only in use between April and October and outside of these months it is locked so access would be via the slipway. There is a designated, numbered, parking bay to the front of the apartment in the private car park.
