The popular coastal resort of Bude is only 15 miles and from here with its expansive sandy beaches, hidden coves and picturesque fishing villages that the area is famed for. Other attractions and places of interest accessible from here include Dartmoor National Park, Launceston Steam Railway, The Eden Project and numerous National Trust Properties.

This detached bungalow offers comfortable accommodation for five guests. A single step leads up to the front door which opens onto the hallway providing access to all rooms. The cosy lounge has comfortable seating for five guests along with a wood burner to relax in front of on cooler days and a Smart TV, this room also enjoys rural views. The kitchen has an electric oven and hob, microwave, dishwasher and fridge/freezer. There is also a separate WC and utility room with a washing machine. This room can be accessed from the kitchen and has a door leading to the garden and parking area. Back from the hallway, there are three bedrooms, one king-size with countryside views, one single and one king-size zip-and-link (which can be made into a twin with 2'6" single beds on request). The bathroom has a shower over bath and WC.

Outside there is an enclosed garden which wraps around the property with plenty of space for guests to enjoy whilst relaxing in the quiet surroundings. There is also a shed for storing bikes/surfboards. There is off-road parking for two cars.
