Explore the north and south coast beaches, the Eden Project, Dartmoor and Bodmin Moor. Or you could visit Plymouth, home of the historic Hoe and Barbican, or Tintagel, steeped in Arthurian myth. The ancient former Cornish capital of Launceston is a ten-minute drive away and offers a range of shops and pubs as well as a castle to explore. In the evenings, visit one of the many local inns serving good food. Within a couple of miles are various sites for coarse and river fishing.

Heading upstairs you will find two comfy bedrooms: one double and a double which has a balcony with delightful countryside views, and steps leading down to the enclosed garden.

Stepping outside you can unwind in the patio and private lawn area with garden furniture and charcoal BBQ. There is also a large garden area shared with the other properties. A shared utility room is on-site which has washing machines, tumble driers and fridge/freezer.
