Keen surfers will adore the proximity to Woolacombe Beach (0.5 miles), stopping off at a nearby surf school to pick up some boards and wetsuits before running straight into the sea to catch some waves. Views of the sea and the surfers within it can always be enjoyed from this elevated property, accessible via a private entrance and two flights of stairs. Once inside, enjoy the calming nature of the lounge where comfy seating is positioned by a Smart TV. Over the hallway, a kitchen/diner offers a more functional space to relax, complete with all the necessary cooking facilities and a dining table to crowd around.
