Being located in the Howardian Hills, an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty, you are spoilt with countryside to explore on foot or two wheels, also with the North York Moors National Park nearby. There are plenty of attractions in the area with something for everyone to enjoy, including Flamingo Land Resort, Castle Howard and the city of York. The city of York has so much to explore, enjoy some retail therapy or a bite to eat at one of the many restaurants, explore York Minster, museums and Clifford’s Tower, or visit the racecourse or one of the golf courses. Head further afield to the coast and explore all that the North Yorkshire and Cleveland Heritage Coast has to offer.
Entering this characterful property, you will find yourself in the hallway with a separate WC, leave your coats and shoes behind and head through to the spacious lounge/diner. Relax in the lounge area after a long day, with Smart TV and comfy seating and admire the views out of the floor to ceiling windows. The stylish wooden dining table is the perfect spot to enjoy a meal together. Heading back through the hallway you will find the stylish and contemporary kitchen, equipped with an electric oven and gas hob, dishwasher, washing/dryer, microwave and fridge/freezer, a great space to cook up a storm.
