This bright, attractive and spacious barn conversion makes a fantastic holiday home for a family or a group of friends seeking a tranquil retreat close to the spectacular North Devon coast. Set within the grounds of a working farm and situated at the end of a no-through road, this lovely semi-detached property was completely refurbished in 2019. Tastefully decorated and beautifully furnished, this delightful hideaway is a perfect base for exploring the quaint villages, sandy beaches and stunning countryside of this idyllic area. Stepping inside you will find the light and inviting lounge/diner. Decorated in cool neutral tones this is a fantastic space for relaxing in, with plenty of seating and Sky TV so you can sit back with a movie or a good book. Five steps lead to the elegant kitchen where you can prepare your favourite meals, which you can then share in the stylish dining area. There are three cosy bedrooms: a king-size room with an en-suite shower room can be found on the ground floor, and the first floor offers a king-size room and a twin. A small patio with a picnic bench is outside, and there's also a seating area beside the cottage which is a perfect spot for enjoying a morning coffee. The property also has access to a shared lawn and children's play area. Please note that livestock – including pigs and sheep – may be nearby. Beautiful beaches nearby include Lee Bay (2.5 miles), Rockham Bay, Woolacombe (both 3.5 miles), Putsborough, Croyde (both 6.5 miles) and Saunton (9 miles). The seaside town of Ilfracombe (3 miles), known for its stunning harbour and Damien Hirst's sculpture Verity, offers a range of galleries, pubs and shops. You can also take a boat trip to Lundy Island. Other attractions include Exmoor Zoo (14.5 miles), Exmoor National Park (12 miles) and Arlington Court (11 miles).
