Sleeping six guests, and welcoming dogs, the sumptuous, three-bedroom retreat nestles in a private, mature garden, plus shared, farmland grounds of 200 acres. It comes with its own wood-fired hot tub, fire pit and games room. Let yourselves in to find accommodation that has been finished to a high quality. Leave your walking boots in the utility room and make your way through to the splendid, farmhouse-style kitchen/diner to unpack the provisions you have bought and rustle up the next delicious meal for your party to enjoy at the table. This impressive space flows seamlessly into a conservatory, where you can recline on the sofas, listen to music and gaze out towards the mountains. Pass cosy evenings together in the lounge, in front of a roaring wood burner, then play games or watch the Smart TV. There is also a handy family shower room downstairs. The three king-size bedrooms are all up on the first floor of the property. One of these has an en-suite shower room and another can also be set up as a twin by prior discussion. The gorgeous family bathroom, with its free-standing bath, is also up here. Spill out into the garden to better enjoy the views out across Hereford and Wales. Challenge each other to table tennis or pool in the games room, stoke up the hot tub and gather round the fire pit as the sun goes down. Venture 5.5 miles to Symonds Yat to climb the famous rock or take canoes out on the River Wye. Spend an afternoon in the historic Welsh town of Monmouth, 6.5 miles away, pottering in the shops and visiting the ruins of the castle.
