This property is situated in a peaceful residential area close to the popular market town of Bideford. A 15-minute stroll along the riverside will bring you to the centre of town, where you will find a choice of shops and pubs as well as a pannier and open-air markets. Once you have finished exploring the town and stocked up on supplies for your stay, jump in the car for 5 minutes to reach Westward Ho! where 2 miles of sandy beach and an array of seaside attractions provide endless entertainment for all ages. Walkers and cyclists are well catered for with the South West Coast Path and Tarka Trail within easy reach, both offering spectacular sea views. Other nearby attractions include Croyde, Woolacombe, Dartington Crystal, RHS Rosemoor and Dartmoor and Exmoor National Parks.
While this stylish and spacious accommodation adjoins the owners’ property, privacy is assured throughout your stay. Prepare meals for the whole family in the open plan and contemporary kitchen/diner, located on the ground floor. Here you will find an electric double oven, hob, dishwasher, fridge/freezer, coffee machine and microwave, together with a large dining table beneath stylish pendant lighting and a TV/DVD to keep you entertained while cooking. Upstairs on the second floor, you will find the Master king-size bedroom with TV and an en-suite bathroom which boasts a free standing bath and separate shower cubicle. Completing the second floor is a further twin bedroom with TV and en-suite shower room. On the lower ground floor (reduced headroom in places) there is a games room with table tennis and pool table, shower room and WC, utility area with washing machine and tumble dryer, as well as a door opening onto the garden.
