Set on the main route through Portesham, it is just a short stroll from the local pub and shop and only 2.5 miles from the stunning Dorset coastline and the expansive Chesil Beach. Back at the cottage, the character accommodation features an open fire in the snug and spacious beamed kitchen with French doors to a delightful walled patio garden. Step inside through this property’s back door into the fantastic double aspect kitchen, which boasts a high vaulted ceiling with exposed trusses, range oven, American-style fridge/freezer for stocking up for the whole trip and large French doors opening onto the garden. Once prepared, the charming dining room with farmhouse table, window shutters and original display cabinets make a delightful place to enjoy family meals.
