The town itself has a popular beach, quaint cobbled streets and a pretty harbour known as The Cobb, which can be all be reached in moments on foot. Offering a great choice of pubs, restaurants, cafes, galleries and boutique shops it s the ideal place to enjoy lazy days together. Just a few short steps from the property are the tranquil Langmoor and Lister Gardens, where you can stroll through the winding paths towards the seafront with your four legged friends, explore the woodland walk, see the sculpture trail or sit with a picnic and soak up the spectacular views across Lyme Bay. Set in the heart of the Jurassic Coast, this picturesque area has an abundance of quaint towns and villages within easy reach, where you can enjoy long walks or cycle through spectacular countryside. The Devon border also runs alongside the town, making this the ideal base for touring. A shared entrance door leads you into the ground floor apartment where, once inside, you will find a welcoming hallway leading firstly into a light and bright lounge/kitchen/diner. With period features including decorative coving, high ceilings and a sash bay window, there is lots to be admired in this characterful room. The lounge area is cosy with a Smart TV perfect for a quiet night in. The kitchen area is well equipped with an electric oven and induction hob, fridge with ice compartment, dishwasher and microwave and there is space for two to dine Heading back into the hallway you will find the pretty double bedroom, which has an en suite shower and WC. Parking is available within 200 yards in a well lit public car park with CCTV, charges apply 24 hours or weekly tickets are available to purchase.
