Located in the heart of the Lincolnshire Marshes and close to the unspoilt beauty of the Lincolnshire Wolds, this location combines serenity and seclusion with fantastic local amenities and attractions. You can cycle or stroll through the countryside and beaches one day and visit vibrant market and seaside towns the next. During October through to December, you can see the local beach host of one of the largest grey seal colonies in the UK, providing a breeding ground for over 1500 pups each year. A little further afield is Louth, the picturesque historic capital of the Lincolnshire Wolds, and Horncastle, a thriving market town famed for antique selling. You will also be within driving distance of Mablethorpe, Cleethorpes and Lincoln, all offering shopping and attractions. Step into the cottage and into the spacious open plan kitchen/diner with high ceilings and exposed beams. This space offers everything you need to cook a hearty meal such as a double range electric oven and hob, fridge, microwave and dishwasher, there is a work surface freezer, with nearby dining table to enjoy your efforts. The lounge is warm and cosy with the wood burner being the focal point of the room, so curl up on the comfy sofa and put something good on the TV/DVD and relax. The double bedroom with matching pine furniture and hanging rail. The bathroom with shower over bath and WC are also located on the ground floor. The spacious master bedroom is a relaxing space on the first floor with a double bed ensuring a good night s rest, with en suite shower room and built in wardrobe, Outside, the enclosed garden is great for enjoying summer evenings in the sun providing shaded spots for all weather relaxing. There is an outdoor picnic table and charcoal BBQ catering to those who like to dine alfresco.
