Wake up to the sound of the ocean and enjoy your morning coffee on the Juliet balcony with sea views from the king-size master bedroom. After a long morning of surfing at Westward Ho!, or exploring the rugged South West Coast Path, head back and enjoy an al fresco lunch in the secluded, enclosed rear garden. Recline in a sun lounger with a glass of wine and get stuck into a good book. As the day draws in, sink into an armchair, put your feet up and enjoy the luxurious, soft furnishings of the living room or head upstairs and unwind in a hot bath by candlelight. Lose yourself in 800 years of history and the stunning views of Bideford Bay from the charming and historic fishing village of Clovelly, a scenic 12-mile drive along the coastal road from Westward Ho! Walk along the quayside in nearby Appledore and stop for a locally caught crab sandwich or a traditional Devonshire cream tea. For an adventure a little further afield, take a day trip by boat to the spectacular Lundy island, 12 miles off the Devon coast. Keep your eyes peeled for Lundy's resident puffins!
