Upon entering, the kitchen/diner has everything you need to create delicious meals. Set beneath a beamed ceiling, the country-style kitchen is well-equipped and has a four-seater dining table where you can sit and eat, reflecting on the day’s events. Take the flight of stairs to the characterful lounge where you can flick on the TV and get cosy on the sofas beneath the beamed ceiling. When you are ready for some much-needed shut-eye, you can find one of the double bedrooms on the ground floor which is next to a stylish shower room with a walk-in shower, and a WC. The second double bedroom is located upstairs in the eaves of this property with a sloped, beamed ceiling. Outside, to the front of the property is a delightful courtyard with table and chairs where you can sit and watch the world go by. You will be right in the heart of the enchanting, Georgian town of Holt, which has a rich history and is full to the brim with independent shops, galleries, and places to eat. Surrounded by rolling countryside and coastal spots, you will be spoilt for choice with places to explore. Take a trip to Salthouse Beach (4.5 miles), a hotspot for fishing, or visit Blakeney National Nature Reserve (5.5 miles) to spot the abundance of wildlife that resides here which includes seals and a variety of birds.
