The stunning property has relaxed styling and high-end interiors throughout. Go through the hall, with a cloakroom and a separate WC, into the elegant lounge, with wooden features, relaxed seating, a Smart TV, and a cosy wood burner. Cook memorable meals in the large, well-equipped country kitchen, with a gorgeous wooden ceiling and beams, and a breakfast island and stools. Enjoy them at the rustic dining table in the smart dining room, then chill in the snug, where there’s a great selection of books, and games, and a sofa bed that sleeps one. Head upstairs to the four bedrooms: three double rooms, one with an en-suite shower room, one with an en-suite bathroom, and a single room. There’s also a family bathroom with a separate shower. Outside, the games room has table tennis, a dartboard, a dining table and benches, table football, a jukebox, and storage space for bikes. Close to the village of Kirkby Malzeard on the edge of the Yorkshire Dales, there’s beautiful walking and cycling nearby. Visit the Black Sheet Brewery in Masham (4 miles) and enjoy afternoon tea at Betty’s in Harrogate (16 miles). Explore magnificent Jervaulx Abbey (9.5 miles) and Richmond Castle (19 miles), the pretty market towns Leyburn (15 miles) and Middleham (13 miles), and the cathedral at Ripon (6.5 miles).
