Step inside the open-plan lounge/kitchen/diner with a wooden beamed ceiling, wooden furnishings, neutral-toned walls and a splash of blue throughout. Natural light fills the cosy lounge, which features two comfortable leather sofas arranged around a coffee table and TV. On the other side of the room, the space is divided into a dining area with a wooden table and a U-shaped wooden kitchen with quirky colourful tiles. Also on the ground floor is a twin room and a family bathroom. Climb the wooden stairs to find a double bedroom in the eaves of the property. Outside is a private patio with a BBQ and furniture. There is also an external games barn with a snooker table, table tennis, and a pool table, which is shared with neighbouring properties. During your getaway in the small village of Tattersett, you could visit the nearby market town of Fakenham (6 miles) for a meal out and a stroll along the River Wensum. Take Fido for a run around the Sculthorpe Moor Nature Reserve (4 miles) or visit the historic Creake Abbey Ruins (10.5 miles). Head into the Norfolk Coast National Landscape to explore the 25,000 acres of Holkham Estate (15.5 miles) – which is home to a deer park and a boating lake. Spend a day at the all-year-round dog-friendly Wells-next-the-Sea Beach (14.5 miles).
