Powered by solar for basic lighting and charging points, this is the perfect antidote to the hustle and bustle of everyday life. Due to its close proximity to the water, you’ll be able to access the Norfolk Coast Path from your doorstep, wandering through the wildlife-rich landscapes and soaking in the tranquil sea air. At the heart of the home is the living room, filled with pastel colours, cosy seating and a book-filled shelf for avid readers. With a light, bright window and a gas stove, you’ll be equipped to relax in style whatever the weather. The kitchen is simple yet equipped with everything you’ll need to cook up a meal during your stay, boasting views over the water which are magical at all times of the year – especially if you catch sight of some of the rare local birdlife. There is also a dining room where the group can gather for a meal, and the sunroom which offers access to the great outdoors, as well as a selection of seats where you can kick back and relax. The master bedroom features a double bed whilst the other two rooms feature bunk beds, one with an additional single bed. This means that the property is only suitable for a maximum of four adults, whilst up to four children are welcome to come and stay. For a traditional seaside day out, Hunstanton Beach is 5 miles away with a picturesque pier, rockpools to explore and the SEA LIFE Aquarium which is fantastic for families. For a regal experience, head to Sandringham (5 miles) to wander through the vast expanse of land, manicured gardens and the historic house which is open daily alongside a cafe where you can indulge in a cup of tea and a slice of cake.
