This cool, contemporary cottage on the Norfolk coast is light and bright with characterful features including a warming wood burner and a spacious enclosed garden which make it an ideal base for a family holiday. ‘Norfolk's loveliest village,' Burnham Market, is just 2 miles away and is full of an eclectic mix of unique and upmarket shops for a leisurely afternoon. As you step inside, head immediately to the living room and you’ll find a calming space decorated in neutral colours with two sumptuous sofas and an armchair for you and the family to relax in. Having been finished to a high standard with a feature fireplace, wood burner and underfloor heating, you’ll feel at home from the moment you step inside. Moving through to the kitchen/diner which is filled with natural light, you’ll love the modern minimalistic kitchen which is generously sized, adjoining the dining area which seats six. Take the stairs up to the first floor at bedtime and take your pick from one of the three bedrooms, the first of which features a comfortable king-size bed with an en-suite for added privacy. Completing the sleeping arrangements is a second king-size bedroom, as well as a twin which is well suited to children. Finally, there is a family bathroom with a shower over the bathtub. Front and rear gardens envelop the property ensuring maximum enjoyment on sunny summer days. For a quintessential seaside experience, head to Hunstanton (9 miles) and you can while away your days at the amusements, or building sandcastles on the beach and walking the Norfolk Coast Path. You could travel 8 miles to Wells-next-the-Sea where you can explore the harbour and the children can enjoy crabbing. Or, further along the coastline at Blakeney (16 miles), you could even hop aboard one of the wildlife spotting boat trips where you may get lucky and spot a colony of seals as well as a selection of beautiful seabirds during your trip.
