This lovely cottage nestles in a delightful secluded spot on the edge of the marsh at Thornham and offers stunning views out towards the sea, and is perfect for watching a great variety of birdlife.
This delightful cottage is set on the edge of Thornham, a tranquil coastal village a few miles to the east of Hunstanton. Nestling in the North Norfolk Coast Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty, the village is known for the salt marsh which offers fantastic opportunities for birdwatchers to spot wildfowl and birds of prey. Just a couple of miles to the east is the excellent RSPB reserve at Titchwell Marsh which also features a sandy beach with views across The Wash. A mile to the west is the Norfolk Wildlife Trust s Holme Dunes site, which is perfect for migrating birds, dragonflies and toads. This is an ideal area throughout the year for walkers, birdwatchers, cyclists, photographers, artists, golfers and sightseers.
