This property is ideally situated close to the market town of South Molton with independent shops, pubs and restaurants, and the Quince Honey Farm for a fun day out. It is also perfectly placed to tour the whole of North Devon with easy access to the A361 and A39, so you can experience everything on offer. Head to the coast to explore one of the many sandy beaches including Croyde, Saunton and Ilfracombe, or visit one of the seaside towns and villages. Head to Lynton and get the Lynton Cliff Railway down to Lynmouth where you can enjoy some fish and chips on the beach. For the walkers and cyclists, venture to Exmoor or Dartmoor with plenty of moorlands to explore and views to enjoy. Entering this spacious single storey property, you will find yourself in the impressive open plan lounge/kitchen/diner. The kitchen area is finished with contemporary units and is well equipped with an electric oven and hob, microwave, dishwasher and washing machine, where you can prepare a family meal or lazy breakfast, head to the dining area and enjoy your evening meal around the dining table with seating for everyone.
