This property is ideally located to explore all that North Devon has to offer with easy access to the A39 and the A361. Visit the nearby market town of South Molton with its independent shops, pubs, cafes. For the walkers and nature lovers head to Exmoor or Dartmoor, with vast expanse of moorland with plenty of walking and cycling opportunities. If you are willing to venture a little further afield head to the coast and explore one of the beaches including Croyde, Saunton and Woolacombe or one of the many seaside towns. Visit Lynton and Lynmouth and take a trip on the Lynton Cliff Railway to enjoy the far reaching waterside views. Approached via an impressive driveway, this cottage is located alongside 3 other properties, one of which is the owners impressive manor house and you will instantly get an indication of the quality of the property on offer. Stepping inside this property you will find yourself in the cosy open plan lounge/kitchen/diner. The stylish kitchen area is equipped with an electric oven and hob and fridge with ice compartment, the perfect space to prepare a meal for two or a light snack, enjoy your meal at the pretty dining table. The lounge area is perfect to spend the evening relaxing after a long day of exploring the area, in front of the Smart TV and watch your favourite movie. When you re ready for a good night s sleep head up the stairs to the first floor, where you will find the stylish double bedroom with views over the countryside. Also, on this floor, completing the accommodation is the contemporary en suite shower room with shower and WC. Heading outside you will find the rear enclosed garden accessed via the front door with the added benefit of your own private hot tub. Alternatively just sit at the front of the property and enjoy a drink whilst soaking up the magnificent and far reaching views. There is ample off road parking available on site.
