The property is just a short drive away from Looe, Liskeard and traditional fishing villages that hug the south Cornish coast. The nearest, Looe, has all the attractions expected from a small holiday resort with fishing and speed boat trips to ice cream parlours, shops, restaurants and traditional inns, not forgetting the long sandy beach. Liskeard, a traditional Cornish market town, is three miles away, with all the amenities you could wish for. North is Bodmin Moor with many walking opportunities, views over the countryside and the old mining houses. It is also within easy reach of Cornwall s many attractions including Lanhydrock house, Looe s Monkey Sanctuary, the Adrenaline Quarry, for the walkers visit Sibleyback Lake and for the cyclists, there are many routes to choose from, including the Cardinham woods. The warm and welcoming lounge/kitchen/diner awaits your arrival to this delightful cottage. The lounge area with wood burner and smart TV is the perfect place to kick back and relax before taking in your favourite movie. The well equipped kitchen, which is just perfect for all your holiday home cooking requirements, comprises of an electric oven and hob, microwave, dishwasher, fridge, freezer and washing machine. From the lounge/kitchen/diner a hallway will lead you to the bedroom, bathroom and dressing room. The master bedroom comprises of a double bed and is adorned with quality bed linen to ensure a blissful night sleep, chest of drawers and hair dryer. Adjacent to this bedroom is a dressing room with wardrobe and full length mirror. Completing the accommodation is the shower room with a shower and WC. Heading outside and accessed via French doors from the lounge area is the fully enclosed rear garden, which is mainly laid to lawn, with a patio. Relax in the hot tub or enjoy some alfresco dining, making use of the charcoal BBQ.

Owners separate accommodation on site. Regret it is not currently possible to charge EV at this property. Small shop items such as freshly laid eggs, milk, wine available to purchase from owners. Pre order chilled or frozen pasties.
