Perfectly situated so you can enjoy an idyllic rural setting yet just a short drive takes you to the nearby town of Barnstaple which offers an array of amenities including the characterful Pannier Market and access to the popular Tarka Trail and just slightly further at Bideford you can jump on the Oldenburg and enjoy a day trip to Lundy Island. Beach lovers are also well-catered for with numerous dog friendly beaches in the area including delightful Instow plus the surfing meccas of Croyde Woolacombe and Westward Ho! also close by. Alternatively explore the pretty coastal villages of Appledore Hartland and Clovelly or Exmoor National Park is just a short drive away and where outdoors enthusiasts can enjoy fabulous walks and scenery. Other attractions in the area include RHS Rosemoor Tapeley Park Arlington Court and Dartington Crystal.
