The spacious lounge/kitchen/diner has been designed to provide superior comfort and views over this seaside town towards the sea. The lounge area has a corner sofa, chaise longue and Smart TV/DVD, Bluetooth speaker, games and books. The kitchen area is well equipped and provides everything you need including an electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher and washing machine. Dine at the family size table or if you prefer enjoy pre dinner drinks on the large balcony with rattan garden furniture looking out to sea. Heading outside to the front of the property there is an enclosed private garden with patio area and private hot tub. There is also a balcony accessed from the lounge area which has sea views, and side views towards the cricket ground. The super king size bedroom enjoys access to the garden and hot tub through French doors. There are allocated parking spaces for two cars.
