This superb, spacious Regency house sits close to the harbour, beach, restaurants and shops making it a perfect spot for all ages. The seaside town has a variety of amenities and the house is very close to the Tunnels Beach and only a short drive to the nearby golf course. There is fabulous walking direct from the property which puts you right on the South West Coastal Path, or just wander along towards the harbour. Further afield you have local attractions including the picturesque coastal village of Woolacombe which boasts a three mile long golden sandy beach, pubs, restaurants and shops. As well as Combe Martin Wildlife and Dinosaur Park, Watermouth Castle and the National Trust's Arlington Court. Prepare to be impressed with the style and space, on entering the property you are lead through a porch into a large open plan lounge/kitchen/diner. The Regency style of this house offers high ceilings and large picture windows flooding each room with natural light. Relax, cook and dine in this bright social space, well equipped with two electric ovens and induction hob, microwave, American style fridge/freezer, wine cooler and dishwasher. There is a very hand utility room with a washing machine and tumble dryer, and separate WC.
