Perfectly located on the Northumberland coast, this delightful property nestles in the picturesque village of Longhoughton. One of Northumberland’s finest beaches, Sugar Sands, is located only 2 minutes by car or 20 minutes on foot. Access is from the village via a scenic farm track. This beach is the perfect spot for fun family days out, water sports, stunning coastal walks and rock pooling. Just five miles away is the historic market town of Alnwick, famed for its magnificent Castle and fabulous Garden. The beautiful grounds of Howick Hall, the home of Earl Grey Tea, are nearby, and the pretty fishing village of Craster is 10 minutes by car, where you can explore Dunstanburgh Castle or sample the lovely Craster Kippers. On entering this lovely and light single-level ground-floor holiday property you will find yourself in the bright and attractive open-plan lounge/kitchen/diner. With plenty of comfy seating and Smart TV , the bright and comfortable lounge is an ideal space to relax in after a fantastic day out exploring this stunning area. You will also find a delightful dining area with a large Northumberland wall map. Heading over to the stylishly designed kitchen you will find it fully equipped with an electric oven and oven with gas hob, fridge/freezer, washing machine, slim line dishwasher and DAB Bluetooth Radio. Exploring further, you will find a cosy king-size room and twin room, which can also be set up as a super king on request perfect for families. You will also find a shower room complete with a large walk-in electric shower and WC. Stepping outside you can unwind in the small patio area which features a dining table with chairs , along with a delightful selection of pretty, mature shrubs. Parking is available in the shared driveway at the front of the property for up to two cars.
