The property itself is a well-appointed two-bed hosting four or five guests. It’s also dog-friendly for those who wish to get to know the AONB coast with a bit of canine company. Benefiting from an upside-down layout to make the most of the views, you’re greeted by two bedrooms and a bathroom downstairs on the ground floor. The double and twin bedrooms are all equipped with comfy mattresses and lovely linens (an additional single is available - charges apply). Continue to the first floor to find the main living space with the majestic views. This open-plan area features a lounge, kitchen and dining space with oak fittings and brightening wooden floorboards. Rustle up your favourite dishes in the well-equipped kitchen and choose to eat at the dining table or in front of the Smart TV. A haven for nature lovers, Northumberland’s heritage coastline is awash with opportunities for sea life spotting. From Seahouses Harbour (less than 500 metres) you can embark on a sea safari boat tour into the open waters, visiting the Farne Islands to spot seals and puffins aplenty. You can, of course, stick to dry land and discover the area on foot, following a coastal path up to Bamburgh (3.5 miles) where a mighty castle sits beside a fabulous golden sand beach. If trips to the beach are on the agenda, be sure to check out Beadnell Bay Beach, just 2.5 miles away and wonderful for sailing, sunbathing or dog-walking.
