Pilleth was the site of the Battle of Bryn Glas but is now a tranquil village within easy reach of both Presteigne and Knighton (both within 5 miles). Knighton has a choice of friendly pubs and restaurants as well as the Offa’s Dyke Centre, making it a great base for walkers and history buffs.
