Spectacular views adorn the coastline of the Rame peninsular, including a selection of beaches such as Whitsand Bay and Freathy being the locals favourite. Attractions in the area include the National Marine Aquarium, The Eden Project, Adrenalin Quarry, The Monkey Sanctuary, the Ski centre and the fishing villages of Looe and Polperro. Bedroom two, the master, is a king size with en suite shower room with shower and WC, bedroom three and four are both doubles. A family bathroom with a shower over the bath and WC, completes the comfort running throughout the property. There is also a utility room with washing machine, tumble dryer and additional fridge Heading outside from the ground floor to the enclosed garden with gas BBQ, furniture and sun loungers and wonderful countryside views. There is off road parking provided for two cars or three upon request. Please note that this property currently does not have any facility for charging electric vehicles.
