This rural retreat is set within traditional Cornish farmland and showcasing the backdrop of Bodmin Moor, it is ideally located to explore all of Cornwall. The local area is a walkers paradise, explore pretty villages of Minions and Pensilva and hike over nearby moor land or explore the north and south Cornish coasts visiting fishing towns, harbours, sandy beaches and historic landmarks. Looe and Polperro to the south make for a delightful day out, or head north to the more rugged coastline, exploring legendary Tintagel. Other attractions include the world famous Eden Project, Jamaica Inn, Adrenaline Quarry or a selection of National Trust Properties. Historic Plymouth hosts the National Maritime Aquarium, the barbican and the Hoe. Upon arrival enter this delightful property into the warm and welcoming lounge/kitchen/diner. The lounge area has a Smart TV and a wood burner effect electric fire, making this the perfect place to relax after day exploring the area. The stunning kitchen is well equipped for all your holiday cooking requirements, with gas oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher and coffee machine; plus there is also a utility area with washing machine. From the lounge/kitchen/diner doors lead to the bedrooms. There is a master suite with a king size bed with TV, and a twin zip and link bedroom (which can be made up as a super king size on request). They have an en suite Jack and Jill shower room with walk in shower, sink and WC. Heading outside you will find a BBQ area with garden furniture, perfect for relaxing and watching the sun go down and off road parking for two cars. There is a 2 acre dog walking field located a short walk from the property.

TV in lounge and king size bedroom. Doggy welcome pack on arrival. 2 acre field for dog walking. One of two properties can be booked with The Coop; sleeping 8 in total. Due to the rural location the property cannot accommodate EV charging.
