Gather the gang for a getaway in Wales. This beautiful, Grade II-listed property is rated as 5* accommodation and will house a big group and their dogs. You’ll be staying in Conwy, North Wales, with the sea on one side and the gorgeous Welsh mountains on the other. It’s the perfect place for a couples’ holiday or for two families getting away. Enter the house and find a lounge. It’s a cosy room with a large gas fire and exposed beams for a timeless feeling. Continue down a few stairs to get to the galley-style kitchen, which has a dining area at one end. If you’d like some quiet time, check out the library snug, decorated in shades of deep blue and warmed with a wood burner. There’s a utility room with a WC and laundry facilities. Two of the bedrooms are on the ground floor, both have king-size beds and one has an en-suite bathroom, featuring a shower over the bath. Head upstairs, where there are two more bedrooms. One has a double bed, the other a king-size. There’s also a shower room with a walk-in shower. This property has 10 acres of grounds to explore, and you can section off a secure garden area using a movable fence. On warm days, light up the gas BBQ, stretch out on the sun loungers and enjoy the surroundings. You’ll also have a garage for any outdoor gear. The cottage is in a quiet, rural area, about 2 miles from Conwy. You’ll have easy access to the sea, with Porth Dyniewaid only 2.5 miles away. There are plenty of places for walks and water sports, or you could go to the Welsh Mountain Zoo, 3 miles away, which has red pandas, snow leopards and brown bears. Finish your holiday by visiting Carnedd Llewelyn, 16 miles away.
