The property lies in an fantastic location, nestled below Coniston Old Man, the mountain that dominates the area. Walkers will be rewarded with memorable views from the top whilst the lake is ideal for boating, kayaking, swimming or canoeing. The front door opens into a welcoming hall where you can leave your boots, coats and hats, which then leads through to the kitchen which is fresh and bright with a butler s sink, dining table and stylish pendant lighting. The charming sitting room next door has been furnished with comfortable sofas, a cosy rug, oak furniture and many personal touches. A wood burner completes the room. Upstairs are three individually decorated bedrooms. To the front of the cottage the master bedroom with king size bed, vintage arm chair and dual aspect windows with views over Coniston Water. The second bedroom features a pretty dressing table whilst the single bedroom is perfect for children. The bedrooms share a contempory bathroom with shower over bath. Outside there is a pretty cottage garden made for relaxing, with patio area for BBQs and steps leading to a terrace on which to enjoy morning coffee with stunning lake and mountain views as backdrop.

Wood burner first basket of logs or coal included. TV and DVD player. Radio. Garden with furniture and BBQ. Garden shed suitable for 2 bikes. Parking for 2 cars. Approach road to the property is steep and tight in places, may not be suitable campervans. Please note there is steep steps up to the top part of the garden. Pub under 1 mile.
