Boasting two living rooms, a large Victorian hallway and a light and airy kitchen/diner, there is ample space to host large parties together in comfort and style, with space for everyone to find a little seclusion when required. Enjoy the best of both worlds, with the bustling town of Hastings and all its amenities for the urbanites, whilst the beautiful coastal paths and beaches on the doorstep will delight young and old alike. Understated in its simplicity, the neutral palette of soft beiges and creams is complemented with splashes of considered colours, with deep greens and blues sitting in harmonious contrast with the white walls. Nautical in theme, this beautiful house perfectly reflects its seaside location. The first light and spacious living room is beautifully decorated offering plenty of seating for everyone to enjoy a film, whilst the second living room has a large bay window, the perfect space for after-dinner board games or chatting with a glass of wine on either of the two sofas, one of which is a sofa bed. The open-plan kitchen/diner, with the breakfast bar a sociable place to chat whilst dinner is prepared, leads out into the fully enclosed garden; in warm weather, throw open the door and enjoy sociable meals at the large dining table. On the first and second floor, the bedrooms are soothing in pastel tones, punctuated with vintage touches and striking textiles. The two super-king-size bedrooms can be made into two twin rooms, adaptable for any party make-up – and, with each floor having a bathroom, there is no need to queue. Outside, there are steps leading from the patio doors up to the enclosed terraced garden with a patio table and chairs, and a BBQ for al fresco dining. Private parking is available for one car and there is unrestricted roadside parking close by, subject to availability.
