Regency House is a dog friendly holiday cottage.
The popular seaside town offers beautiful gardens, an array of cafes, restaurants, pubs, shops and access to the South West Coast Path. Sidmouth is a perfect getaway to explore the Jurassic Coast, a World Heritage Site, where you can sit on perfect beaches at the foot of pre historic red cliffs, created some 240 million years ago. Long sandy beaches are within a light stroll, or if you fancy a change of scene the popular beaches of Beer, Branscombe, Budleigh Salterton, Exmouth and Lyme Regis with its fossil hunting are within a short drive. Local attractions include Crealy Great Adventure Park, Bicton Gardens, The Caves at Beer, The Donkey Sanctuary and many more. There are also numerous golf courses locally. Upon entering this delightful detached property, you are greeted with a light and airy hallway, a useful space to hang coats or store sandy shoes after a day on the beach. From here enter the first of the two lounges where you can relax on the comfy sofas while watching your favourite programme on the Smart TV. Directly opposite this room is the open plan lounge/diner which boasts a wood burner effect heater set in a feature fireplace, perfect for those cooler months. There is also a further bathroom with a shower over hip bath and WC. Venturing outside there is an enclosed garden with a patio and seating, it makes a perfect spot to enjoy a charcoal BBQ or a place to relax and enjoy a glass of wine. Off road parking for three cars can be found at the front of the property.
