Nearby, you can visit Mindrum Farm, a regenerative organic farm that provides a fantastic breeding ground for birds, insects, and flora. Visit the lovely market towns of Wooler and Kelso, offering restaurants and local activities including golf courses and a racecourse. The beautiful Northumberland coastline with its endless beaches and dramatic castle views is within easy reach, as are the Farne Islands, Alnwick Castle with its world-famous gardens, and historic Berwick-Upon-Tweed.



Through the front door, you'll find a cosy lounge where you can relax in front of the lovely wood burner (starter pack provided) and enjoy meals at the dining table while admiring the view. The kitchen is equipped with an electric oven and hob, dishwasher, fridge/freezer, and microwave, while a washing machine and additional freezer are in the nearby out-house. The property features two beautifully furnished bedrooms - one with a king-size bed and one with twin beds - both offering views onto the garden and adjacent paddocks. The bathroom includes a shower over the bath, basin, and WC. For entertainment, there's a TV with Freeview in the lounge, and Wi-Fi is included (though reception can be variable).



The enclosed pretty garden features splendid views, a lawn, and wildflower borders, providing a comfortable seating area with table and chairs for al fresco dining. A BBQ is available for evening meals under the stars. This holiday home offers off-road parking for up to three cars, along with a wood store and bicycle storage area.
