Peacefully tucked away in the heart of the Forest, this truly unique property was a former cowshed and is brimming with character. The property is conveniently nestled in a prominent position in the valley, you are well placed within the fringes of the traditional working village of Bream, well served with a traditional village pub, two convenience stores, coffee shop and chemist, post office and fish and chip shop. An absolute haven for fun seekers with easy access to the cycle trails and down-hill courses that will test the best of mountain bikers, abseiling and caving at Symonds Yat rock, canoeing and a high wire rope course. No matter what the time of year you will be spoilt for choice with a vibrant events calendar, with food festivals to include Abergavenny and Forest Showcase festival, Clearwell Castle is within easy reach and many of the smaller villages host music festivals throughout the summer months. Not forgetting the Hay-on-Wye festival and Cheltenham Gold Cup.

Take in the peace and tranquillity as you arrive at the front door of the converted bull pen, stepping into the porch where you are invited to leave your muddy boots behind. The kitchen forms part of the original bull pen and is brimming with original wooden beams and is well-equipped with an electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge, dishwasher, coffee machine and air fryer. A breakfast table takes centre stage and is the perfect base for planning the day ahead. There is a utility room with washing machine additional fridge/freeze and room for dogs to dry off, along with a shower and WC. The cottage is surrounded by mature gardens where you will find a covered seating area and BBQ for dining, a fire pit and a number of benches where you can enjoy the sun.
