The harbour beach restaurants and shops are situated within a short car journey or a walk along the coastal path making this property perfect for enjoying the many facilities the seaside town has to offer. Or just relax whilst gazing out to sea and watching the boats go to and from. Further afield you have local attractions including the picturesque coastal village of Woolacombe which boast a three mile long golden sandy beach pubs restaurants and shops. As well as The National Trust s Arlington Court Watermouth Castle and Combe Martin Wildlife and Dinosaur Park. Entering this remarkable coastal retreat into the porch area which is a perfect place for leaving your coats and boots behind. To the left is the light and airy lounge area which boasts dazzling views of the sea through the french doors which lead out onto the balcony area. It has been stylishly furnished offering the perfect space to relax after a long day at the beach and includes a wood burner TV and Blu-ray and stereo player which allows you to plug in your iPod. Following on through the property you enter the kitchen/diner which is equipped with an electric oven and hob and dishwasher. To the rear of the kitchen is a small utility area offering a fridge with ice compartment microwave and washing machine. From the kitchen area you can access the rear garden via a set of concrete steps. Heading up the stairs you will find three bedrooms a double a twin and a single. You will also find the bathroom with hand-held shower over the bath and WC on this floor. The balcony area is a truly great spot for enjoying your morning coffee whilst watching as the boats come to and from as well as offering spectacular views out to sea and towards Ilfracombe itself. Venturing outside to the beautiful tiered rear garden which can be accessed via the kitchen or shared access. The first tier offers a small lawn area great for your four-legged friend. You will also find a very handy wet room with shower and WC great for those days when you come straight off the beach.
