The property is ideally located for enjoying one of the finest, sandy, surfing beaches in North Cornwall. There are beach shops, water sport activities and restaurants all within easy reach, and the ever popular seaside town of Bude is just a short drive away. Given the proximity to the A30, this is also a great base from which to explore the whole of North Devon and Cornwall and nearby you can visit Tintagel, with its legends of King Arthur and the Knights of the Round Table, Hartland and Clovelly. Other attractions and places of interest accessible from here include The Milky Way and The Big Sheep theme parks, Tamar Otter Park and The Eden Project. Stepping into the beautifully presented property you will immediately find yourself in a light and bright kitchen/diner.
