Heading up the cottage-style staircase to the first floor, you’ll find a classic double bedroom featuring a wrought-iron bedstead and quaint decor, and on the third floor, you’ll find a snug single room nestled in the property’s eaves. The bathroom can be found on the first floor and boasts a luxurious roll-top bath, as well as a standalone shower and WC. Centrally located, the property lies around half a mile from the centre of Eastbourne. Here you’ll find a wide range of shops and restaurants, as well as an independent theatre venue and a 70-year-old working cinema.
