The front door opens in to the cosy lounge, with inglenook fireplace and substantial wood burner, it is beautifully furnished with a comfortable sofa, TV, iPod, iPod docking station and interesting artwork throughout. The bespoke kitchen is well equipped with electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge, small freezer, dishwasher and washer/dryer with the dining table to the one side. If you decide to eat in, the kitchen has all the equipment you need to rustle up a meal, let the outside in and open the stable door to listen to birdsong as you plan your activities over breakfast. After a full day out, retire to one of the two bedrooms. Make the most of the contemporary shower room with shower and WC. This former almshouse is the end of a row of three benefitting with the open aspect garden laid to lawn, patio area, bistro table and chairs.
