The popular destination of Padstow is renowned for its selection of fish restaurants, boutique shops and picturesque harbour. All around this coastline is an enviable choice of golden sandy beaches which are aptly named the Seven Bays for Seven Days where you can literally enjoy a different beach each day. For a nice day out, you can visit either Watergate Bay, which is less than five miles away, the Eden Project which is easily accessible or, alternatively, the well known town of St Ives, which has a wonderful selection of restaurants, boutique shops and the Tate Gallery. In the evening, the area offers a variety of countryside pubs to suit all tastes. You can also explore the Cornish Way Cycle Route which runs nearby. As you enter the pretty property you will immediately find yourself in a beautifully light and welcoming kitchen with a lovely contemporary breakfast bar, electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge with ice compartment, Nespresso coffee machine and washing machine. The spacious bathroom is also located on the ground floor and this comprises a shower over bath and WC. With the practical elements covered, heading up the stairs and on to the first floor you will then find that the rest of the accommodation is solely focused on relaxation, this room also offers use of a cocktail table, shaker and glasses to enjoy. The stairway opens to a large and fabulously presented lounge/diner with a sloping ceiling and hardwood floor. Here an assortment of seating sits in front of a Smart TV with DVD, Sonos soundsystem, a wood burner, and provides a perfect place to relax after a day exploring. The bedroom is located just off the lounge and this boasts a super king size bed, TV/DVD, and a door leading to outside. Venturing outside from the bedroom, a lovely enclosed composite decked area with seating is provided for your sole use. Across the private farm lane you have access to your own hot tub. Further to this, enjoy access to a large shared woodland picnic area with two ponds, garden furniture and BBQ area, and a well equipped games room with pool table, table football, darts board, and bluetooth speaker. Lockable bicycle storage shed available.
