Approached by a flight of stairs, the front door opens into a welcoming hallway with hardwood flooring and oak doors leading to the rest of the property. The spacious open plan lounge/kitchen/diner is full of light and colour, overlooking the town. The contemporary kitchen contains a built in oven, halogen hob, microwave, dishwasher and fridge with freezer compartment. The dining area is perfect for four guests to enjoy a tasty meal together, before settling down for the evening on the comfortable corner sofa. Positioned next to the window, this is a cosy space to watch the world go by outside or enjoy a film on the TV. There are two stylish bedrooms, each featuring a king size bed, wardrobe, bedside tables and wall mounted TV for those lazy holiday mornings. The bedrooms share a contemporary family bathroom complete with metro tiles, a wet room shower, WC and washbasin. To the back of the property, there is a small decked terrace area with table and chairs, a wonderful spot to relax in the sun after a day of exploring the local area and to take in the fresh sea air.
