The bedrooms share access to the stylish ground floor bathroom with shower over bath and WC. On the first floor, the open-plan living area is beautifully presented with exposed brickwork, solid wood flooring and a door opening onto a pretty Juliet balcony. This is a fantastic room for the whole family to enjoy together. After a long day exploring the local area on foot, relax and unwind on the comfortable seating to watch the TV/DVD or play a game as the wood burner crackles away nearby. In a separate contemporary kitchen area with Velux window, there is an electric oven, ceramic hob, fridge, freezer, dishwasher, microwave, together with a dining table to seat four. There is also an iron and ironing board.


Outside there is a beautiful enclosed private garden, bordered by mature plants and shrubs. Landscaped to provide shady seating areas, this is a tranquil area for enjoying long summer lunches and garden games.
