The dining area separates the lounge area from the kitchen which is equipped with an oven, hob, microwave, fridge, and dishwasher. The first of the property’s two bedrooms, is a double room, whilst the second bedroom is a cosy single room. The shower room has an electric shower and WC.


Outside, there is a patio area to the front of the property which is furnished with a table and chairs, making it the perfect spot to enjoy drinks in the evening. The park itself has a small shop for buying basic necessities and attractive views over the River Dart. There is allocated parking for one car next to the property and additional parking available on-site.
