With breathtaking views across the ocean & rugged Mullion cliff tops, all taken in from the beautiful unspoilt acre of gardens, of the privately owned 12 properties, giving the most exceptional scenic views to Mullion Harbour and beyond, which makes for a wonderful relaxing holiday perfect for walkers, families and dogs. Mullion Kingfisher is exceptionally clean and bright, with attention to detail. Has its own private parking space, utility outbuilding with washing facilities, deck chairs etc. Mullion village is just a short walk and offers a selection of pubs and eateries with excellent food, convenience stores with home made pastries, breads, pasties and every day supplies. Chocolate factory, shops and galleries. Trains (to St Erth, Truro, Redruth and Penzance), taxis and buses for the non car owners are not far away. You will be spoilt for choice with the variety of sandy/ rocky beaches and coves to visit. Mullion Cove is famed for many a Rosamunde Pilcher Novel, TV and films as is the famous Poldark series. Experience the local iconic attractions such as most southerly point The Lizard and Mullion Link golf course, St Michaels Mount, Newlyn art galleries, Minack Theatre, Eden Project, Lost Gardens of Heligan and St Ives Tate. Upon arrival, enter into the lounge/kitchen/diner of this wonderfully presented property where the owner has gone to much thought with the accessories and artwork running throughout. The kitchen area is perfect for all your holiday home cooking requirements, for the chefs amongst you why not take inspiration from some of the local seafood on offer to cook up that culinary delight. The kitchen area comprises of an electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge, dishwasher and freezer. The dining area is the perfect place to gather for that pre meal chitchat and for those lazy evenings take time out to relax in the lounge before taking in your favourite movie on the Smart TV. Doors from the lounge area lead to the two bedrooms and recently updated shower room with WC. Bedroom one, the master suite is a double and has a Smart TV and DVD, with French door that leads to the garden area and bedroom two, that has a single bed. Heading outside and accessed via the master bedroom is an enclosed private area featuring a garden with furniture and a charcoal BBQ. Located in the garden is the utility area within the shed with washing machine, deckchairs, parasol and ice machine. There is also the added advantage to the front of the property, of a shared garden with a charcoal BBQ and stunning sea views over the whole of Mullion Cove. Allocated off road parking is available for one car and additional parking is available at the nearby car parks.

Utility area located in the shed with washing machine. Off road parking for 1 car. Beach, shop, pub and restaurant within walking distance. Smart TV in lounge and in both bedrooms, master bedroom also has a DVD player. Charcoal BBQ available. Close to Mullion Cove Hotel, allowing outside users to use the spa facilities, less than a 2 minute walk from the property. If bringing a dog, owners respectfully requesting the dog be frontlined and wormed for every guest's wellbeing. Arrival time 3pm onwards.
