This modern, detached property offers basic yet homely accommodation, and is a great base for walking to Hastings Old Town, with its independent shops, cafes and restaurants to entice you, or visit Hastings Country Park also located close by. Enjoy watching the local fishing fleet come in with the catch of the day or take a ride up the East Hill funicular railway, one of the steepest in England. The local Smugglers Caves offer a glimpse back in time to when smuggling was big business, or enjoy a stroll along the refurbished Hastings pier, winner of the 2017 Pier of the Year award. Slightly further afield is the pretty medieval town of Rye with its cobbled streets and pretty tearooms or take a trip to Battle Abbey to experience the most famous battle in history in 1066.
